🔹 1. Time Frame
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
🔹 2. Product Condition
•)Item must be in good condition, unused, and with original packaging/tags.
•)Damaged or heavily used items will not be accepted.
🔹 3. Eligible Reasons
•)Size issue
•)Manufacturing defect
•)Wrong item delivered
•)Customer didn’t like the product (Change of Mind)
🔹 4. Return Method
•)In-store customers: Can directly visit the outlet for return/exchange and receive cash refund or transfer on the spot.
•)Same-city customers (via rider): Rider will pick up the parcel and refund will be given in cash at the time of pickup.
•)Out-of-city customers: Must send the parcel back first. Once received and verified, the full amount will be refunded within 7 working days via bank transfer / online transfer.
🔹 5. Refund Policy
•)Cash refund available at outlet or through rider.
•)Online transfer / bank transfer available for out-of-city customers.
🔹 6. Proof of Purchase
•)Original invoice / order number must be provided for all returns or exchanges.
🔹 7. Outlet Rights
•)Outlet reserves the right to refuse return if product is returned in damaged or used condition.
