Return Policy:

We have a **7 to 10 days** return exchange policy, meaning you have 7 to 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


### Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

- Must be in the same condition as received

- Unworn or unused

- With tags

- In its original packaging

- Receipt or proof of purchase is required


**Please note:** Products cannot be returned if they have been washed or shrunk.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

### Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item defective, damaged, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and make it right.


### Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

- Personal care goods (beauty products)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.


### Refunds and Cashback

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund or cashback will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
